We have taken a long time to curate a menu that suits the freshest ingredients available in Maldives and paired them with some of the best wines from Portugal. Our menus have been curated with clients in mind. To ensure our clients have the best culinary experience, we import many of the high quality products offered onboard.
Our wines and spirits menu has been curated with the help of Swiss trained wine connoisseurs. Our wines are imported from the many different regions of Portugal. Every effort has been taken to ensure that you leave us with a full belly and the urge to return.
